The stamp set I choose for the stamp tour this month was Festive Flurry.  Snow flakes can be used for the holidays along with the entire winter season here in Michigan.  We have already had our first snow covering a couple weeks ago, but it only lasted for the day.  In less than a month we will have the ground covered, ski slopes open and snowmen build in the yards.  Here are my samples.  All were made around classes I will be holding in the next week or two.
All the snowflake ornaments were made using the Festive Flurry stamp set and Festive Flurry Framelits Dies.  Some were stamped on Soft Sky and embossed with White embossing powder.  Some were stamped on Whisper White cs in Silver Metallic Encore Pad or Pistachio Pudding.  All were cut out using the Framelits and a little piece of the Silver 1/8" Ribbon for the hanger.  Most of these were copied from the Holiday mini catalog or other great demonstrators.  A little Vanilla Smooch Spritz would sparkle these right up.  Give it a try.
The colors on this card just don't do it justice.  It is Garden Green and Pistachio Pudding cs.  The snowflake is Silver Metallic Encore pad and Pistachio Pudding ink.  I put a little strip of the Pistachio Pudding 3/8" Ruffle Stretch Trim and a Rhinestone for bling.  Sorry for the poor color quality.  I took the picture like 3 times and this was the best. This will be one of the cards for my Christmas card class.
This will be one of my Christmas cards this season.  Midnight Muse, Marina Mist and Whisper White cs.  Midnight Muse, Marina Mist and Whisper White inks.  Also used the Stylish Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the 1/8" Silver Ribbon and a little rhinestone.
This last card will be for a hostess party coming up soon.  I used the new Cherry Cobbler Cut & Ready Card Bases, Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White cs along with the Season of Style DSP Stack.  The Christmas Greetings (from the Special Season stamp set) and snowflake from Festive Flurry are embossed in Cherry Cobbler embossing powder.
I hope you have enjoyed my samples.  Feel free to case them as I always case from other talented demonstrators.  Thank you all for the inspiration.  Now skip on over to Tamra Davis's blog to see what she has created.  If you get lost along the way, click on any of the links below.  Thank you for touring our blog tour today.  See you back soon.
