REMARKABLE BLOG TOUR - BEST OF HALLOWEEN

Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year. It is also the 2nd most decorated holiday.  I did a workshop for a friend the other day and she wanted a 6x6 Halloween page.  So here is the page I created.  I also made it so that someone could make it a 3x6 card.
I actually used a lot of items on this page.  Not only the Best of Halloween stamp set, but also Halloween Hello and Tags 4 You.  I thought they fit well together.  Also used the Witches' Brew Designer Washi Tape and the Witches' Brew DSP.  The Tags 4 You stamp set coordinates with the Label Bracket Punch.  So simple and so quick.  To make the 3x6 card they just took the DSP and punched out the 3 stamped pieces.  Added a little washi tape and it was done.

Now onto the next blog which is Tamra Davis.  I'm sure she will have an awesome project for you.

REMARKABLE STAMP OF THE MONTH BLOG TOUR

This month I have choosen Magnificent Maple to display.  The weather in Michigan is feeling like fall and some of the leaves are starting to change colors.  Unfortunately, I only had time to make one sample so I hope you enjoy it.
Very simple card.  Tangerine Tango and Very Vanilla cs.  Sweater Weather DSP and the new 1 1/4" Burlap Ribbon.  You can add some glimmer brads to add a little bling.

Now hop over to Susan Carlson's blog to see what she has created.  We are featuring 2 stamps this month - Magnificent Maple and Halloween Bash.

SEPTEMBER STAMP CAMP PROJECTS

Here is a peak of the 2 projects we will be making at the September 22nd Stamp Camp.  You have until September 6th to RSVP as I have to order product.

We will be making this BOO banner which is from the Build a Banner Simply Created Kit.  The banners are 5" x 7" blank canvas which you will spritz with Pumpkin Pie and Basic Black.  We will also use the Halloween Banner Simply Created Accessory Kit which makes this banner and frame a snap.
You will be able to hang this banner as it uses jute twine to hold it together.

The frame uses Witches Brew DSP and items from the Halloween Banner Accy Kit.  I got carried away with the glitter and have learned a better way to do it.  Glitter is NOT my friend, but it does add so much to a project.

Both of these projects you will customize to your creative ability.  This is my version and I know you will come up with many more.

So join me on Sunday, Sept. 22 from 3 pm - 6 pm for Stamp Camp.  RSVP by September 6.  Cost is $30 and includes all the materials shown above.
